Mindset Timeout | GQ... The Pathway to Mental Toughness
Friday Jul 10, 2020
Friday Jul 10, 2020
Whether in sports or in business, mental toughness may often appear to be instinctive in top performers but it’s actually a set of skills and tools that anyone can learn and develop. You must have the right MINDSET if you want to have success in anything. It doesn’t matter if you are trying to create a championship team or start a successful business; the behavioral and psychological principles are always the same. Average performers tend to quit long before they ever reach their goals and dreams. They allow discouragement, fear and self-doubt to keep them from achieving their true potential. The common denominator amongst those who fail consistently is a lack of mental toughness and a fixed mindset. This week's Time Out message shares the secret to developing more mental toughness in your life so more of your objectives, goals, and dreams become a reality...! Thanks for joining me. Make it a great day...!
