You must have the right MINDSET if you want to have success in anything. It doesn’t matter if you are trying to create a championship team or start a successful business; the behavioral and psychological principles are always the same. Average performers tend to quit long before they ever reach their goals and dreams. They allow discouragement, fear and self-doubt to keep them from achieving their true potential. The common denominator amongst those who fail consistently is a lack of mental toughness and a fixed mindset.
