Emotions can be both good and bad, and they are an unavoidable fact connected to being human. It is often difficult for some to understand let alone control or even master emotions. Emotions can be overwhelming and can often cause great anxiety and stress if left unchecked. A life controlled by our emotional reactions produces chaos and disorder for ourselves and those around us. The key is to have a good understanding of what emotions are, and how to deal with them simply and effectively.
